Annex to the Privacy Notice. That notice covers the AIFT application. This annex covers our public marketing website at aifinance.team, which behaves differently because it uses analytics. The controller, your rights, the transfer safeguards and the supervisory authority are the same in both, and are set out in the Privacy Notice rather than repeated here.
1. The short version
The app at aift.aifinance.team sets only strictly necessary cookies, so it shows no banner. The marketing website uses Google Analytics, so it asks for your consent first and sets nothing non-essential until you agree. Declining costs you no functionality.
2. What the marketing website sets
| What | Set by | Purpose | Set before you choose? | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Consent state | Concord | Remembers your cookie choice so you are not asked again | Yes, strictly necessary | 6 months |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Measures visits and which pages are read | No, only after you accept | Up to 2 years |
aift_ref | Us | Records which client referred you, when you arrive on a referral link, so the referring firm can be credited | Yes, when the link carries a referral code | 90 days |
Google Tag Manager is the container that loads the analytics tag; it is not itself a separate purpose. Until you accept, the tag does not load and no request is made to Google.
3. What loads before you choose
Two things reach a third party before any choice is possible, because the page cannot be shown otherwise. Neither profiles you.
- Concord, our consent tool, must run first in order to ask the question. It receives your IP address and browser user agent.
- Vercel, our host, serves the pages and keeps short-lived request logs.
4. Changing your mind
Reopen the cookie banner from the link in the website footer and choose again. You can also decline everything at first contact: the button is offered alongside Accept, not hidden behind a settings screen. Clearing your browser cookies has the same effect and you will simply be asked again.
Our own analytics use is limited to understanding which pages are read. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not combine website analytics with anything in your AIFT account.
5. Forms on the website
Two forms reach us:
- Referral sign-up on the campaign pages collects a name, company and email address, so we can contact you about the referral programme.
- Demo booking hands you over to Calendly, which is a separate controller for what you enter there.
Data from these forms is held in the same EU infrastructure as the rest of AIFT, described in the Sub-processor Register.
6. The help centre
Our help centre at help.aifinance.team sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is served as static files by GitHub Pages, which keeps infrastructure logs including IP addresses.
7. Questions
Write to privacy@aifinance.team. Your rights, including erasure and objection, are set out in section 6 of the Privacy Notice and apply to everything described here.
