These terms apply to you if you use AIFT as a client company: your accounting firm invited you into a workspace so that your bookkeeping can be prepared there. They are short on purpose. The commercial agreement for AIFT is between your accounting firm and AIFT, and you owe AIFT nothing under it.

1. How your access works

1.1 Your accounting firm holds the subscription and administers the workspace. It grants your access, sets your role, and can change or revoke that access at any time. 1.2 You are not a party to the Terms of Service, and no fees are payable by you to AIFT. Your commercial relationship is with your accounting firm. 1.3 AIFT may suspend access where required for security or by law, or where the workspace's subscription ends (see the Terms, §15 and §16).

2. What you may use AIFT for

Depending on the role your accounting firm gave you, you may upload documents, view your company's or sole trader business's records and financial reports, connect its bank account, connect NAV Online Számla, and exchange messages with your accountant.

3. Connections you establish yourself

3.1 Bank connection. If you connect a bank account, you authenticate on your bank's own page under the PSD2 open-banking rules. AIFT never receives your banking login. The access granted is read-only and you can revoke it at any time, at your bank or in AIFT. 3.2 NAV Online Számla. If you provide NAV technical-user credentials, they are stored encrypted and are write-only: nobody, including your accountant and AIFT staff, can read them back. The technical user is read-only and you can revoke it in the NAV portal at any time. 3.3 You confirm that you are authorised by your company to establish these connections and to upload the documents you upload.

4. Your responsibilities

Use AIFT lawfully. Keep your login to yourself and do not share your account. Do not upload content whose processing would be unlawful, and do not attempt to circumvent security or access data belonging to other companies.

5. AI-assisted output

AIFT prepares bookkeeping with AI assistance: it extracts, categorises, matches and summarises documents. These are suggestions for professional review, and they can be wrong. Your accounting firm reviews the results and remains responsible for the correctness of your books, filings and reports. AIFT does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

6. Your data

6.1 Your company's bookkeeping data is processed by AIFT on behalf of your accounting firm (or, where your company is the controller, on its behalf as a further processor). How that works is set out in the Data Processing Agreement, and every provider involved is listed in the Sub-processor Register. 6.2 How AIFT handles your personal data, including your account, is explained in the Privacy Notice. 6.3 Requests about your company's bookkeeping data go to your accounting firm, which decides them. AIFT assists your firm but does not decide such requests itself.

7. Availability and liability

AIFT operates the service with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Since you receive access free of charge from AIFT, AIFT's liability to you is limited to those cases where Hungarian law does not permit liability to be excluded, namely damage caused intentionally and harm to life, limb or health.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated with notice in the app. The provider's statutory details are in the Imprint; questions about personal data go to privacy@aifinance.team.
