Price List (Annex 1 to the Terms of Service)

The figures below reproduce the plan catalogue held in AIFT's systems. Our payment provider is the billing authority: if a figure here ever differs from the price shown at checkout, the checkout price governs and this annex is corrected.
This price list is a separate annex to the Terms of Service (§3.1). It can be amended on its own, with at least 14 days' notice, as set out in §3.5 of those terms.
What counts as a document
A document is one invoice or one bank transaction processed by AIFT. Each document is counted once, at its first AI processing, and is never counted again if it is later re-processed (§3.7 of the Terms).

Annual plans
An annual plan's allowance is a single pooled allowance for the whole year, not twelve monthly buckets: a busy month draws on the same pool as a quiet one.

Documents above the included allowance
Documents beyond the included allowance are charged per document, on the same invoice as the plan fee:

Currency
The billing currency is fixed per customer at first subscription and cannot be changed afterwards (§3.3 of the Terms). Customers in Hungary are billed in HUF, other customers in EUR. The applicable figures are always shown at checkout before a subscription is confirmed.
Taxes
All figures are net of VAT and any other applicable taxes (§3.6 of the Terms).
Trial
Where a free trial is offered, it applies once per customer organisation (§4 of the Terms).
